The High Point Market Authority announces the lineup of design tastemakers for its Spring Market Instagram Takeover series. Scheduled for each day of Spring Market, April 2-6, the takeover will provide insights into each participant’s journey through Market. Throughout their selected day, each influencer will share various components of their time in High Point, including visited showrooms, products favorites, and connections they’ve made.

Eighteen industry insiders are set to participate come April, including:

Rug importer and manufacturer Shalom Brothers Inc., which was previously based in New York City for 45 years, recently moved into a new 4,500-square-foot
showroom located at 145 Industrial Drive, Little Ferry, New Jersey.  The new showroom is close to Secaucus, NJ, and a short distance from New York City.

“We’re growing and we didn’t think Manhattan would have been able to give us that kind of growth,” says Rafi Amirian, vice president of Shalom Brothers.
“Now we have loading docks and it’s much easier to drop-ship. We’re seeing tremendous growth in our online business, and it just makes sense to move where we can drop-ship easier.”

Feizy, the award-winning rug manufacturer, today announced it will debut Revolution by Feizy, a designer-driven fine rug program, at High Point Market this Spring. Revolution by Feizy will offer contemporary and transitional pieces available in a curated size range made of exceptional materials like wool and silk.

Each collection available through Revolution by Feizy boasts intricate designs and stunning colorways that are thoughtfully crafted for the refined aesthetic. Rug enthusiasts with a desire for sophisticated style can now select from Revolution by Feizy’s showstopping fine rugs, including the Conley, McDermott, Montfort, Lombardy, Sumner, Edin, Fowler, and Merril collections.

The popular and well-tracked Center Stage area, located central to High Point’s Market District, will reset this Spring Market as a pop-up park open to all attendees. Offering a connection point for networking, seating areas for quick breaks between showroom visits, and various programming opportunities, the space will open on Friday, April 1. Home to a number of activations throughout the years, Center Stage is a large outdoor area in between Showplace and the Transportation Terminal. It is historically well-known for Saturday and Sunday evening concerts but has also hosted daytime programming such as Sustainability Stories, Design Oasis, and Crypton Patio, among others.
