Diana Samuels, HRI's Director of Operations, has been named as one of Home Furnishings Business (HFB) magazine’s ‘Forty Under 40’ honorees, Class of 2022. Samuels was nominated and recognized as a ‘Rising Star’ for both her creative leadership and dogged commitment within the Area Rug Industry. 'Rising to the challenge, leading the change', Diana will receive a special award in recognition of her achievement during a ceremony at the upcoming High Point Market. Congratulations!

As director of operations at HRI, Samuels is responsible for overseeing buying, product and product development while managing company resources. During her eight years at the Company, she has upheld the high standard of producing an ever-changing group of area rug collections specifically designed to complement today’s fashion trends, while ensuring the best value. Driven by results, Samuels has consistently excelled in her demanding role, executing multiple skills as well as her broad range of knowledge in all aspects of Harounian Rugs International, a leader in the Rug Industry for sixty years.
