Nourison Announces Regional Sales Move |
Paula Atkins Transfers to Her Home-State Market
 Saddle Brook, NJ-based Nourison Industries, Inc. appointed Paula Atkins to the position of Account Executive covering Georgia and Alabama.
Ms. Atkins, a Georgia native, has been a Nourison Account Executive covering upstate New York and Connecticut for the past four years. She has accepted a transfer to her home state effective Feb. 8, 2010, and will be responsible for growing Nourison’s business and servicing their extensive line of rugs, broadloom, roll runner and custom capabilities.
Prior to joining Nourison, Ms. Atkins held sales and sales management
positions within the carpet industry with Mohawk Industries.
“Paula has been a tremendous asset to Nourison in the Northeast for
years now. When an opportunity in the South opened up, we knew
instinctively it was a perfect fit,” said Gerard O’Keefe (V.P. Sales).
“She is closer to home, happy and motivated, and certainly understands
her home-town market,” he added. “She is already making an impact on
her local customers, many of whom she had a chance to meet and work
with at recent markets.”
